Information we process
The name, email address, company and message entered in the enquiry form, and technical log data required for secure operation of the service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer contacts and proposal requests and to take steps before a possible contract. The basis is the person's request and, as applicable, our legitimate interest in handling customer communication.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are delivered to authorised people at Mainingit Software Oy. Resend transmits messages, Microsoft Outlook receives email, and Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregated visitor and performance measurements. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own data processing terms.
Retention
We keep contact information only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, a possible customer relationship or legal obligations. Unnecessary data is deleted within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to your data and ask for corrections or deletion. Depending on the situation, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies and measurement
The site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Usage and technical performance are measured anonymously and in aggregate without identifying individual visitors. This may include pages viewed, referral source, device type, browser, general country and performance metrics. An unfinished project planner session is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us unless you submit an enquiry. Your light or dark appearance choice is also stored only in your browser and is not sent to our server.
